Maximus is a global leader in health and employment services. I was hired by the EMEA Managing Director to support the business start-up in Italy in May 2019.

• Built HR and L&D function from the ground up.
• Pioneered talent development processes and resources adopted across EMEA – implemented first competency framework.
• Leading on Learning and Talent projects Italy, Singapore, KSA and South Korea; SME on global transformation projects.
• Achieved the lowest attrition rate (10%) across four countries - KSA, Italy, Singapore and Sweden.
• Drove a 17% improvement in employee satisfaction score through implementation and execution of 1:1 career development reviews.

• Delivered a £3,500 saving on a six-months procurement exercise.
• Implemented an internal quality assurance process for ILM centre.
• Designed a Coaching, Mentoring and Shadowing programme for all council staff.
• Co-developed a new training procurement framework, including evaluation and QA standards.

• Achieved a £9,000 saving on the 2017/18 £35,000 training budget by identifying savings in procurement
• Designed and implemented a Mentoring and Coaching programme for Future Leader Development
• Project Lead and SME on HR and Learning and Development projects.

• Achieved 100% pass rate in Internal and External verification for City & Guilds and ABC qualifications
• 100% success rate in coaching underperforming staff
• Led a change project to review L&D offerings and introduced a formal three-stage evaluation process.

• Lead Internal Quality Assurance for City and Guilds ESOL qualifications.
• Supported CIPs achieve Direct Claim Status for City & Guilds in 2012 and retain it in two subsequent inspections.

• Supported 100% of training team staff to achieve pay rises and/or promotion at first eligible pay review
• Increased team Job Conversion Rate KPI from 14% to 27%, against company average of 16%
• Increased course attendance from 57% to 75% on voluntary contracts
• Improved Validation Accuracy rates by 116%, from 85% to 99% –
