In my capacity as an academy scout at Crystal Palace FC, my impact is reflected in 13 successful player identifications to date. Acknowledging my proficiency, I've been promoted to assume key responsibilities, supporting the recruitment orchestration within South London/Surrey directly under the guidance of Mr. Daniel Fox. Additionally, my role extends to managing a Pre-Academy development center, a crucial part of the club's success, producing an impressive 72% of the CPFC under 9s for the 23/24 season.

As the INNER-LONDON COUNTY U14-U16 scout, my primary responsibility is to scout the football within the designated age range and geographical area to identify promising talents for our team. This involves attending matches, tournaments, and events across Inner London, meticulously evaluating players to pinpoint those who demonstrate the skills, potential, and dedication that align with the standards of our U14-U16 age group.

Organizing and attending showcase events is a key facet of my task. These events serve as platforms for identified talents to exhibit their skills and for our team to compete against other academies. The objective is not only to showcase our team's prowess but also to provide a stage where our scouted players can shine, potentially leading to invitations and registrations with professional academies.

As an academy scout at QPR, my role involves identifying and nurturing promising young talents for the club. The appreciation for my scouting abilities is reflected in the recognition I've received, solidifying my reputation as a highly rated contributor to the team's future success.

As a scout for the private showcase football team, your primary goal is to identify and recruit elite grassroots players with the potential to compete against professional academies. The objective is to build a team that excels in showcase events, with the ultimate aim of players being invited to and offered registrations by professional academies.
