Accomplishments

I supported the company through the accreditation process with The National Autistic Society.

I have over seen all four homes, following the resignation of my colleague who also managed two homes with in the Company.

Supported the full service through out both lock downs and the on going pandemic.

Registered for two homes, on different sites, (approx 20 miles apart)

Managed a constantly short staffed provision, ensuring that the shortfalls don’t impact the quality of care provided for each young person in our care.

Hobbies and interests

As a family we love our dogs and currently have two rescues at home with us. We work closely with a couple of rescues, taking on dogs that may be a little older but still need and deserve a loving home. I also love being outdoors, either walking the dogs or spending time in our garden. I am als a keen crafter, I like to sew, knit, and have attended several craft events and courses with my lifelong friend, we currently have a couple of courses booked over the coming months. I am looking forward to establishing a better home/work life balance, so that I can revisit some of the other things i love to do such as weekends always, attending football matches and going swimming a couple of times a week.
