I am a recent graduate with a BA hons in History. I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained during the course into practical work environments. I am passionate about learning and growing and take pleasure in engaging with all kinds of people. I am experienced and thrive working in team environments and have a reputation for hard work, punctuality and willingness to learn new things. I have excellent people skills, and am a confident public speaker to a variety of audiences.
I have been a full time carer for my disabled son for 14 years which has given me a unique perspective on inclusion and disability awareness. Throughout this time I have applied myself to study whilst managing a family. I am compassionate, approachable and trustworthy making me an ideal candidate for working within communities. With my above mentioned experience, and my ability to engage with a wide range of demographics, I believe I would be an asset in any team I am appointed to.
