    My nervous breakdown lead to severe non organic psychosis for which i continue to be medicated for and assessed on a monthly basis or mpore frequently when symptoms worsen I am on the Severe Mental illness Register

    The impact on my life and ability to work has been extreme and detrimental to my ability to work Agoraphobic episodes and social anxiety have debilitationg impact, not only on my capability but also my feelings of self worth and self confidence My psychosis makes me feel vulnerable and i can have episodes of strong suicidal ideation Such episodes include anxiety and depression, agoraphobia and a fear of speaking on the phone or answering the front door A recent diagnosis of ADHD has helped me to understand other contributing factors, and limitations about myself the cause deep shame and frustration
