  • I have been at this job for three years: over two years working weekends and covering extra shifts, alongside attending college, and ten months working full time.
  • In this job, I gained a plethora of skills, lots of confidence interacting with the public through customer service, and the ability to build my social skills, forming great relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • I have experience working within a team, going above and beyond to help co-workers complete their own tasks when they are struggling, and I have also trained multiple new employees within my role at this job.
  • I have been very punctual, having had very few sick days, and picking up extra shifts to cover other co-workers.
  • I have been trained in a variety of roles, some of which include: bakery work, customer service, completing orders, and working on the cooked food section of the shop (where I worked full-time ), which led to me completing a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification with a high pass in early 2025.
  • This job has taught me that I am versatile within any job role I am given, picking up new skills quickly, and completing them to a high standard.
