I am currently an MSc Speech and Language student, I will qualify in June 2025, While studying I am registered with the RCSLT under a student registration. I have many transferable skills that I bring. I am a skilled professional with a strong foundation in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I have experience and am practised at supporting vulnerable people and working with SEN children and young adults. I demonstrate a person-centred approach, adapting interventions to meet diverse client needs while maintaining a high level of autonomy in managing caseloads and prioritising appointments. I am proficient in fostering collaborative relationships with families and professionals, delivering training, therapy and recommendations. Ability to engage empathetically with individuals from various cultural and economic backgrounds. Ability to use autonomy and manage my time and diary well whilst recognising professional limitations. Commitment to accountability, integrity, and continuous CPD taking responsibility to increase my learning in my own time. Commitment to ensure delivery of evidenced based practice by remaining up to date with new approaches and research.
