I am a highly experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Education Consultant with a proven track record of supporting schools and nurseries to improve outcomes and achieve excellence. Working with QED, I specialise in advising and training educators on implementing the EYFS framework, with a particular focus on promoting self-regulation and executive functioning in young children. I support settings in developing bespoke curricula, enhancing teaching and learning practices, and integrating strategies that foster emotional regulation, critical thinking, and independence. I am a dynamic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Lead and Assistant Headteacher with extensive experience in leading a two-form entry primary school. I successfully wrote a bespoke EYFS curriculum based on the National Framework, ensuring it is engaging, child-centered, and tailored to the needs of our learners. In addition to my EYFS leadership, I serve as the subject lead for Art, Music, and Writing, driving curriculum innovation and raising standards across the school. I also lead on assessment, ensuring robust systems are in place to monitor progress, inform planning, and support pupil achievement. Under my leadership, the school achieved a "Good" rating in our most recent Ofsted inspection, with the potential to achieve "Outstanding" on reinspection. I excel in fostering a strong foundation for lifelong learning, leading and inspiring teams, and driving school improvement initiatives.
