The last two years working within OVO has completely transformed my life, from day one of the apprenticeship to now becoming a fully qualified ovo engineer.

I enjoy my work deeply and the challenges of learning new skills engineering and also the connections i make with the customer.

I attended regular leadership meetings when invited to discuss operations out in the felid being a women engineer, this offered me the opportunity to share challenges engineers experience on a daily basis.

I also offer clear practical solutions to the challenges engineers face daily.

Im positive with how i approach life i see the bigger picture and i am very self aware, which helps me reflect on how i can improve daily in my work and my personal life.
