Serving customers with their shopping. Manage cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.

Provide good customer service when dealing with inquiries or complaints.

Organize and restock shelves when needed.

Bring in & sign for deliveries, making sure they get put on the correct isles for other members of staff & myself to put them on sale.

Can work well by myself or with others.

Whilst working on the post office I deal with many different transactions, including package shipping, mail handling, receiving cash from customers making deposits into their accounts and giving cash when customers make are taking out of their accounts.

I also take in and sign for any parcels & money deliveries for the manager.

Maintain cleanliness of the store and the machines we have installed (Costa machine, Hot chocolate machine, Ice cream machine, Slush machine, pizza machine, oven). This is done on a daily basis.
