  • Line manage and supervise the other specialist teachers within the team.
  • Oversee the work of specialist practitioners within the team. Including target setting and reviewing the work carried out within schools.
  • Lead trainer for the Autism Education Trust (AET) schools programme within Cambridgeshire. I coordinate the AET training offer to Cambridgeshire schools; ensure our specialist staff are trained to deliver the programme; and work alongside the senior educational psychologist for autism in liaising with AET and attending strategy meetings.
