Oversee the work of specialist practitioners within the team. Including target setting and reviewing the work carried out within schools.
Lead trainer for the Autism Education Trust (AET) schools programme within Cambridgeshire. I coordinate the AET training offer to Cambridgeshire schools; ensure our specialist staff are trained to deliver the programme; and work alongside the senior educational psychologist for autism in liaising with AET and attending strategy meetings.
