Work history

Volunteer

Al Mamoon Initiative
Dubai
01.2025 - Current

This year I have been fortunate to be able to volunteer at the Al Mamoon Initiative which provides horse riding lessons and stable management to children who have a range of special educational needs and disabilities

Through regular interaction with the children I have been able to build a relationship with them, assisting them in a new environment and help them work through any apprehensions they might have whilst learning a new skill.

I have found this experience to be personally very rewarding, watching children develop their confidence, increase their vocabulary and enjoy learning to ride.

I also worked alongside the stable management team with their duties when there was no children in attendance at the stables.
