I supported adults with learning disabilities, I worked at a day Centre so I done different activities with clients within the Centre and out of Centre. I organized lunch, I administered medication, I was a key worker so I have done 6 monthly and annual reviews and also personal support plans. I done loads of personal care, moving and handling etc. I have completed all necessary / moderate training. My modern apprenticeship was for 18 months which I worked for my SVQ qualification that I now have. I also know some BSL and Makaton.
