- Answering all incoming telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
- Process new customer referrals accurately and comprehensively, ensuring all details are taken accurately and passed to the relevant parties.
- Support the learning needs of new / junior office staff.
- Maintain accurate and relevant recording of all online documents.
- Ensure all customer and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date.
- Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
- Production of reports and management information as required.
- Manage the staff roster to ensure there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support on time, considering priorities when there are unexpected emergencies.
- Arrange cover for care worker sickness, or holidays.
- Monitor the allocation of care workers to maximise efficiency whilst
supporting them to maintain an appropriate work/life balance.
- Accept, allocate and process new referrals for care and support promptly.
- Take part in the out of hours on-call rota.
- Delivery of recruitment requirements, including posting job vacancies,
the coordination of interviews and offers.
- Manage the candidate offer process and all related duties, such as referencing, DBS checks and organising training and induction.
- Respond efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages.
