London Medical is a Diabetic and endocrinology specialist center, also general pediatrics from birth to 25. Here I take part in many specialized complex treatments, investigations and pediatric cares. I stand in for managers when they are not on shift, taking a lead role in pediatric emergency situations when required. As the center is a stand alone clinic without an RMO I rely on solid assessment skills to recognize deteriorating children and escalate appropriately. EPALS expired Dec 2025 but I am more than willing to undertake again. Bupa Leadership course has also been completed over 5 weeks to develop my leadership skills further. I have the role of safeguarding champion; I am the staff member on site to go to with concerns, support staff and assist with escalating or referrals.
