Under my current employer I entertain and host hundreds of people over the course of the week. Whilst working I`m required to reset various performance spaces and maintain a certain standard, whilst doing this I have to alter and tailor my performance to each group as I meet them to ensure that their enjoyment of the experience is at the best possible level.
I am also a versatile performer with a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary literature , with the ability to keep calm under pressure and possessing much needed directorial collaboration skills. Proficient in multimedia performance and improvisational talent, with physical flexibility and expertise in somatic dance and movement. Trained in unarmed stage combat and first aid, possessing a valid UK passport. Skilled in various dialects including Irish, Cockney, RP, Lithuanian, General American, and Californian American. Aspires to leverage these competencies in dynamic theatrical environments.
Alongside being a performer, I also have a passion for the operational and managerial side of that world and I was given the opportunity to put that passion to use last year when I created and ran a fringe festival alongside one other person. My duties were similar to that of a Company Manager and a Production Liaison. My duties included organising tech runs and the overall performance schedule of the two weeks, I not only was responsible for maintaining and meeting the physical, technical and stage needs of the performers but I also had to meet the emotional needs, making sure they felt they were supported and doing everything in my power to make it a smooth journey for them.
