• Successfully leading a change in Finance Systems from Sage 1000 to Sage 200.
• Redesigning schedules and multiple Spreadsheets to become more automated and less manually. This has resulted in saving a day of time in the month.
• Being part of the Project Team that rolled out a new Retail system across 9 sites.
• Being nominated for past 3 years for Employee awards. Receiving 2 highly commended certificates for Unsung Hero and Employee of the Year.
• Leading the Audit for two years and supporting with Audit for the last 7 years.
• Creating Excel P&L packs for entities in Asia that were not able to use current Finance at the time.
