  • Member of Local Authority Equity Team.
  • Design, lead and deliver professional development, cross-sector, with a focus on pedagogy for equity. Over 5600 attendees have engaged with our expansive offer.
  • Lead design in a range of resources and professional learning programmes that promote research-based enquiry and development for schools and practitioners.
  • Coach and mentor practitioners at all levels through co-planning, modelling and collaborative work, embedding enquiry-based approaches and critical reflection on all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment.
