• Managing a complex clinical caseload and delivering comprehensive rehabilitation for individuals with diverse conditions, from soft tissue injuries, to complex orthopaedic polytrauma, amputations, post-concussion syndrome, PTSD, psychological symptoms, and chronic pain.
• Applying a holistic biopsychosocial model to assess and address physical, psychological, emotional, and social factors impacting recovery.
• Delivering client-centred, outcome-focused interventions, including tailored vocational rehabilitation to support return-to-work goals.
• Designing and implementing structured frameworks for the induction, mentoring, and supervision of the Case Management team.
• Leading professional development initiatives aligned with organisational objectives to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support seamless service delivery and identify growth opportunities.
• Conducting clinical file audits to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
• Monitoring team capacity and skill mix; acting as Hiring Manager to lead recruitment and ensure adequate resourcing.

• Working as part of a specialist citywide community falls service, carrying out multi-factorial falls risk assessments to identify rehabilitation needs in relation to reducing the risks of falling and the need for referral to other services.

• Providing assessment, advice and information to individual clients, professionals, carers and volunteers, in relation to driving ability, driving adaptations, wheelchair/scooter assessment, wheelchair stowage and passenger transfer.

• Working with Older People with intermediate care needs and complex presentations and multi-pathologies, enabling them to be treated at home or in a community intermediate care bed, aiming to avoid hospital admission or facilitating discharge from hospital.

• Providing an Occupational Therapy Service within an Older Peoples inpatient setting to ensure early rehabilitation assessments and comprehensive discharge planning.

• Rotational post – Care of the Elderly, Adult Mental Health, Rheumatology, Older People’s Mental Health.
