Summary

One of the most important elements of education is to develop a generation of young people who will make a valuable and constructive impact within our ever-diversifying society.

By integrating individual academic success, with a focus on the infrastructure of how we learn, and the personal development of each individual child, we will develop a generation of confident, secure, independent, creative, knowledge rich young people who can effectively

communicate through a wide range of methods and diversity of skills. Education should actively champion individual growth and be innovative, inspirational, accessible, challenging and developmental at all levels. I am a challenging, innovative, and creative leader and practitioner who believes that every student’s and teacher’s development should be stretching, creative, inspiring and supportive, underpinned by current research into subject specific pedagogy which aligns with wider pedagogy.
