Emma Botfield

• Working on a busy 600 bed mine camp reception I was responsible for: making reservations, payment taking, providing a welcoming experience for guests as well as providing support to housekeeping and the kitchen when needed.

• Making coffees, using POS machines, cleaning and re-stocking the store.

• In charge of the opening of the restaurant, guiding the team on shift, serving customers and cash handling.

Creating memorable experiences for guests, following strict airline policies, handling payments and dealing with any complains. During my time at Doncaster airport I learnt vital skills such as time management and punctuality.
