In my most recent job I was always taking orders over the phone this made me develop the skill on how to speak clearly and politely with others over the phone. I have also learned to be patient and kind with people, learning how to be helpful in anyway I can. I have also learned how to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast passe environment without any difficulty. from working in a fast passe environment I have good knowledge of time keeping and how to manage my tasks efficiently. When working in my last job everything was organised with strict rules and this created a skill of mine that i realised would be important in all jobs. one of the most important things I learned was how to upsell the products we had in the shop, I was always polite and kind and made sure they knew all the benefits. I always have a good can-do attitude when it comes to problem solving and i always try to be open minded at all costs when listening to others issues as well as there ideas and thoughts.
