In this role there are many responsibilities.

These have included scanning peoples tickets and guiding them on where they need to go ensuring people are in promptly.

I sit in on shows to make sure that they are enjoying their experience at the auditorium and if they need anything I am there to help.

I guide customers to their seats.

I offer refreshments at intervals and provide high-quality customer service experience.

I handle payments and stock up any ice creams, sweets and refreshments needed.

In the bar area I show people where they need to be and maintain a well maintained system to ensure everyone is served promptly.

I stock up the bar fridges during the intervals and once the show has ended.

I maintain a clean space for customers to sit during intervals and before the show begins.

Informed guests about location of restrooms, refreshments and exits.

Customer service: greeting guests, taking their orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring their satisfaction and handling payment.

I handled high-pressure situations calmly.

Maintained cleanliness with regular cleaning tasks.

Checked in on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and ask about any concerns or requests they may have.

Communication: maintained good communication with the customers and kitchen staff of their requests.

Teamwork: During busy times I managed to collaborate with my co-workers.

Time Management: I have worked in the takeaway section of this restaurant and have managed to help with getting the customers orders ready in time.
