In this role there are many responsibilities.
These have included scanning peoples tickets and guiding them on where they need to go ensuring people are in promptly.
I sit in on shows to make sure that they are enjoying their experience at the auditorium and if they need anything I am there to help.
I guide customers to their seats.
I offer refreshments at intervals and provide high-quality customer service experience.
I handle payments and stock up any ice creams, sweets and refreshments needed.
In the bar area I show people where they need to be and maintain a well maintained system to ensure everyone is served promptly.
I stock up the bar fridges during the intervals and once the show has ended.
I maintain a clean space for customers to sit during intervals and before the show begins.
Informed guests about location of restrooms, refreshments and exits.
Customer service: greeting guests, taking their orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring their satisfaction and handling payment.
