I am currently working as a customer service assistant at hanover dairies. In my last job as cabin crew for Ryanair, I have gained a lot of experience. I am first aid trained and am the first point of call if anything goes wrong in the air. Working for Ryanair has given me the skills to handle difficult situations and how to handle those quickly and effectively by remaining calm under pressure and during any emergencies and prioritizing the workload. The safety of our passengers is a vital part of my role. I am able to work alone and also as part of a team, and able to motivate other members of the team. I currently do a variety of shift patterns, flexibility and time management is essential.

In my previous role of an apprentice dental nurse my ability to record and type notes accurately into the system was an essential part of the role, this has given me great written and communication skills and the understanding of the importance of confidentiality at all times. And also, the importance of keeping up to date with all new policies and procedures and attending any training opportunities. Empathy and compassion were also important in my role and this I have taken with me to my current role as cabin crew.

I also do voluntary work at my local boxing club, from this I have gained many transferable skills from this job role as I can talk confidently in front of others in front of large groups of people. The NCS course I completed in the summer of 2019 allowed me to gain a lot of experience outside of my normal surroundings, this gave me the confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds. The activities were based on all different sorts of strengths and development areas we could share and improve on.

I also worked as a Christmas temp at Boots and Homesense which I thoroughly enjoyed.
