Summary

I have recently graduated from Buckinghamshire New University with a bachelor's degree with honours in Audio and Music Production. My fascinations lie in discovering the possibilities of sound and the way it can be created and used for different purposes. With my hands-on experience in live events (bands, musicals, and spoken word), various sound design projects and artist liaison, working in sound is something I have always aspired to do, and love doing.

Work history

Sound No. 2

The Belle Livingstone's 58th Street Country Club
South London
06.2025 - 04.2026
  • I am currently the main sound deputy for this renowned, immersive-theatre jazz club in South London,
  • Responsible for both FOH + BOH monitor rig checks, as well as mixing all the instruments and vocals live to a high standard.
  • Simultaneously, I work and monitor QLab, ensuring each cue is correct and triggered at the right time, show after show.
  • The performance features a live, six-piece jazz band, two vocalists and multiple hosts, all mixed via a Yamaha DM7 console, alongside several radio microphones, of which I fit to various instruments and monitor the battery levels throughout each show.
  • My reliability and consistently professional service means I am repeatedly asked back.

  • Checking the green room on a regular basis and reading the tech riders to ensure all was in order for all artists we welcomed.
  • When working the open mic nights, I am often required to find quick solutions as acts are booked in 30 minutes in advance, so changing the stage setup smoothly and efficiently is essential for ensuring the show is not interrupted.

Lead Sound Engineer

Catch 22 Jams: MLN Ensemble
Wycombe
11.2024 - 06.2025
  • For eight months I was the lead engineer for Wycombe's most prominent jazz night: Catch 22 Jams.
  • I was responsible for setting up, sound-checking and stage managing various live bands, with frequent lineup changes during each performance.
  • The house band regularly played with different guests every show, so the line-up was constantly changing, requiring an always evolving approach to mixing, ensuring a consistently excellent sound, no matter which instruments or who was playing on a given evening.

Sound Technician, Runner, FOH Mixer
