KEY PROJECTS

VIADUX 2B 

Landmark £350M mixed-use development in Manchester, featuring a 76-storey tower built through Grade II Victorian Arches. Lead a team of engineers to deliver the arch opening works, including column and core penetrations, entrance openings at the ground level and the Great Bridgewater Street bridge removal and installation of new footbridges. 


GLASSWORKS 

A new build 17 story commercial office with a complex facade retention scheme.

Designed the foundations and superstructure including walking column system for stepped facade. Developed an innovative sequence of works to save 90 tonnes of hot rolled temporary steelwork from the facade retention scheme.
