• During my time at Peacocks I had a highly positive experience of retail and I was able to develop a variety of skills, such as:
• Communication and providing warm and friendly customer service
• Collaborating with my co-workers in a cohesive team to complete our set tasks
• Taking initiative when faced with given individual tasks or necessary problem solving
• I ended my time at Peacocks to focus on my A-Level exams, but I am beyond grateful for the experiences and lessons I gained from this job and intend to apply them all to my next place of employment

As part of my participation in the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, I volunteered to waitress at my parish Church cafe. This experience provided me skills in:

• Quickly learning and applying new skills to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Supporting the team by demonstrating respect and willingness to help.
• Improved customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.

• I have involved myself in many voluntary positions over the past few years, one of the most impactful being the week I spent in Ireland as a youth leader for an all girls summer camp - lead by the order of nuns at my local Church. This experience provided me with the skills to:
• Safeguard the welfare of participants by strictly adhering to child protection policies.
• Lead dynamic team-building exercises for improved interpersonal relationships among youths.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members for seamless event execution.
• Provide pastoral care to ensure emotional well-being of all attendees.

• Through my involvement with youth2000, I have gained valuable experiences and skills, pertaining to:
• Developing strong rapport with young people in my care
• Leading dynamic team-building exercises for improved interpersonal relationships among youths.
