Confident with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Honest and trustworthy and have been a volunteer fundraiser for over 4 years and still actively support events raising much needed funds for The Fire fighters Charity. I have volunteered at many large scale events, assisting members of the public and supporting vulnerable members of the community. I have an excellent work ethos and am always early for my shift. I enjoy working as part of a team and can also work using my own initiative where required. I am friendly, approachable and outgoing with a willingness to learn and develop my personal skills. I have experience in cash handling and electronic payment methods. I am able to work to tight deadlines and am always available to support newer colleagues in achieving their own goals. I can communicate effectively with all levels and always work to the best of my ability. I enjoy looking for new ways of working that help to streamline a role and ultimately become more effective and efficient. Customer service is one of my key skills. I always treat people fairly and equally providing appropriate support and guidance where needed promoting a positive image of the organisation I am representing.
