  • Working as part of the global L&D team, I was responsible for bridging the L&D gap between the UK and the global teams in terms of accessibility.
  • I also provided secretarial support to the entire team through diary management, travel arrangements, document production and editing, financial reconciliation.
  • I assisted the team in L&D strategy by ensuring we gave access to learning solutions that were engaging, inclusive and followed the ARUP strategy.
