I am currently the Head of English and Literacy at a secondary school for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (11-18). I have extensive experience in designing whole school curricula, schemes of work, lessons and resources for learners with a range of additional needs and abilities. I can teach students working at KS1 level, through to GCSE. This is a very unique position to be in, and my strength lies in creating resources and lessons which are both ability and age appropriate, as there is a phenomenal gap in the market here. I have an excellent knowledge of the Entry Level, GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications. I also have an excellent track record as a proactive and effective middle leader.
