Summary

I am an ambitious and detail‑driven individual with a strong commitment to high standards and continuous improvement. I work effectively under pressure and excel at identifying root causes, resolving issues, and delivering practical, efficient solutions.

With a background as a multi‑skilled engineer (electrically biased) in the food industry, I gained hands‑on experience across projects, breakdown response, and planned preventative maintenance. This developed my analytical mindset and ability to respond quickly and confidently to operational challenges.

Since completing my NEBOSH qualification, I have worked as a QEHS Advisor, gaining valuable experience across Health & Safety, Facilities Management, and supporting internal and external audits.

This role has strengthened my understanding of how safety, quality, and operational performance align, while enhancing my ability to support teams, influence safe behaviours, and maintain high workplace standards.

I am committed to building a positive safety culture and encouraging engagement through clear communication and practical incentives.
