Hard-working Hair salon assistant with experience in smooth running of salon processes. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through exceptional communication, attentive service and tailored service delivery. Work experience was very helpful for me. I was working at Luca James Hair Salon for 2 weeks and throughout those weeks I have learnt all of the basics of what it was like working in a hair salon. Over my work experience I was having to communicate verbally with my employers and clients, it was very difficult at first but over time I became way more confident. I enjoyed making tea and coffee for the clients and keeping the salon nice and tidy. I was even lucky enough to earn tips from the clients as I did a good job washing their hair and giving free massages. I think I am now a more approachable and easier person to talk to.
