Dance Teacher's Assistant

As a dance teachers assistance I:
- Planned, prepared and delivered lesson plans making them suitable for the younger students I taught taking in consideration how developed each student was.
- I supported and cared for each student encouraging them to take part and communicating with their age group appropriately
- Created healthy and safe learning environment for all students by implementing class rules and promoting mutual respect and gentle discipline.
- Worked in a team based environment along with other assistants my age and older but also worked independently with other classes.
- Gave a helping hand with admin and organisation of times in which students could take breaks, fitting into a set schedule and time.
Within my school life I also was chosen to be a prefect student in which I would:
- Help at open evenings, communicating with parents and upholding excellent convocation skills
- Deliver speeches to external visitors
- Enriching other students eduction by supporting younger years and individuals with behavioural or emotional issues
