EMILIA MARK

St Helens,Merseyside

Summary

I am a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person who would be excited to join M&S as a Customer Assistant in the Food section. I have recently graduated from college with a BTEC National Extended Diploma in Art and Design Practice Level 3, achieving Triple Distinction Star, which reflects my commitment, strong work ethic and ability to achieve high standards. I currently volunteer as an usher at St. Helens Theatre, providing front-of-house customer service. I welcome and assist customers, respond to enquiries and help ensure everyone has a positive experience. This has developed my confidence communicating with different people and my ability to remain calm, approachable and helpful in a busy customer-facing environment. I enjoy working as part of a team and am happy to work at pace, take initiative and help wherever needed. I am also digitally confident and quick to learn new systems. I would enjoy developing my knowledge of M&S Food products so I can confidently help customers, make recommendations and provide excellent service. I would bring energy, reliability and a positive attitude to M&S and would take pride in making every customer feel welcome and valued.
