Delivers study support sessions to first year students, aiding them through the transition between college level studies and university. During this I gained experience with interactive lesson technologies as well as delivering materials to another age group

Helped run open days, representing the universtiy as well as my course. Other roles and responsiblities involved running tours of campus, aiding cross-college events including team building for prospective students.

Work holiday programmes in which I am a supportive figure for 11-16 year olds during this. The programme involves providing activites, trips and experiences for children with free school meals or an EHCP.

I carried out daily sessions to a small selection of pupils to read in order to increase their comprehension level, as well as confidence and enjoyment of reading. During this I was both a friendly figure to pupils, but I also worked in a close team environment.

Managed the sales of products to a range of different ages and demographics. Dealt with restocking shelves as well as customer service queries.
