Joined as the very first sales team member in the company and hired to work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a Revenue-based, non-bank lending company that raised £10.5m in equity.


Set up the end-to-end Sales Operations process, within the CRM, correspondent deal and company pipelines, defined the Lead Gen process and SDR job scope, segmented CRM properties and built workflows for presales-to-sales handover.


Built the entire internal (loan ops, customer success) and external (sales) comms infrastructure using Aircall.


Hired a part-time growth marketing manager to help devise use cases, case studies and other content aimed at supporting the sales throughout the deal lifecycle. Acted as her direct manager and gave her instructions on content matter.


After setting up the sales engine, I devised the sales pipeline and engineered a multi-channel sales approach which grew the business's loan book 10x by end of year.


After singlehandedly building a large back-book of partners, devised an entire account management process from scratch and helped hire the first account manager.


All in all, excelled in all sales-related organisational functions, from sales operations, sales enablement, growth marketing and sales management, getting a senior promotion in less than 6 months.


Top closed deals included:


Payment Service Providers - Yetipay (payfac), Kayana (payfac), Emerchantpay (acquirer), Paynt (acquirer) - these PSPs use our embedded financing solution to bridge working capital gaps for their customers.


ISOs and Brokers - Paymentsave, Sedge, PMD (honorable metiones, however closed 50+ partners of this nature)


Ticketing platforms - Skiddle, Resident Advisor, Ticket Tailor (giant event platforms that used our solution for event financing)


These partnerships brought a £50m loan origination run-rate per annum, translating into a 1.5m monthly revenue stream.

Tasked with developing a complex 7-stage lead generation process leveraging sales, prospect and affiliate intelligence platforms.


In charge of front-to-back management of the sales process and building qualitative material for proof-of-concept, working closely with the growth marketing manager to develop case studies, sales marketing presentations, interactive and personalized sales demos.


Developed 2 complex sales cycles which increased pitch-to-demo transition by 45% and call-to-pitch by 50% for cold-call ineffective methods.


In addition, deisgned an affiliate programe that brough first SMB inbound interest in our product.


Multichannel sales campaign management, through different sales automation softwares, SDR & non-sales channels, which also included AB testing of different content and aggressiveness of the approach.


Working closely with the Head of Sales and rest of the Growth team to build our ICP, explore sweet-spot niches and test different elements of our value proposition in regards to merchants of different size, business selling model, AOV and their checkout landscape.


Took over responsibilities for as a Interim Customer Manager working within our Stripe Connect platform
