I am often described as an inspiring and influential member of the Polish Community within West Midlands and beyond. A humble trustee at national umbrella organisations: NRCSE and Federation of Poles in GB with a clear vision of building a just society and having passion for serving communities. I have a huge expertise in working with ethnic minorities and established links with both British and Polish Government (including Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Presidential Office).
My approach is to bring solutions, unite communities and tackle any form of discrimination and social exclusion.
Responsible for organisation's strategic vision; overseeing delivery of local and regional projects; funding strategy; maintaining close links with core stakeholders, such as Polish Embassy, Police, NHS incl. Mental Health Trusts, Social Services, Children and Adult Safeguarding Boards and Local Authorities. Managing the team of 69 staff and volunteers.
Responsible for liaising with voluntary sector organisations operating in Sandwell area in promoting initiatives for young people and ethnic minorities focusing on tackling all forms of exploitation and violence.
