- I have a strong grasp of maths, can quickly and accurately do calculations in my head, and have a good memory and ability for working with numbers
- I can be very flexible with working hours on weekends and tuesdays, as well as being willing to work on shifts after 15:30 most days I can work very early (2-3am start) shifts if needed
- I cook at home and am at ease in kitchen/food serving/preparation environments and know the basics of food safety procedures
- I am patient and calm, willing to do menial or repetitive tasks without complaint
- I have a laid back, friendly disposition, I am especially good with kids - able to keep the interaction mellow, but still engaging
- I am aware and decently knowledgable of common special dietary requirements and allergies, as many in my family have various (gluten, egg, seafood, lactose, peanut) intolerances and allergies
- I am very willing and able to learn - I have over the past few years taught myself Japanese to about ~N2 reading and writing level - I can commit to tasks and be self motivated in my learning

- I work well with others, and have previous experience in group work in scouts and DoE, though I also have a strong ability to work independently and take quick, decisive action without prompting
- I take pride in my work, and always complete a job to the highest standard possible - in fact I'm a bit of a perfectionist
- I have a strong vocabulary, both in written and spoken communication, and a wide general knowledge on many topics - some rather obscure - that I can utilise in small talk and general interactions with customers to build rapport
- I am physically fit and decently strong, able to lift weights up to 15kg without much difficulty I have good endurance, and a positive attitude towards physical labour
