As a specialist within the department my extensive experience of managing high performing team members has allowed me to oversea day-to-day operations and support the teams business growth. Starting my journey with the company as seasonal staff to Assistant Manager within four years due to exceptional performance and dedication.

Managing a team of 40 staff and being solely responsible for recruitment, training and visual merchandising within store.

Leading store operations with daily briefs to ensure the smooth running of workflow and stock management.

I was able to work alongside company directors during a ten week training programme. This was a massive achievement for myself as only seven candidates were selected throughout the business and the focus was to boost skill set of top employees. This course allowed me to work with all aspects of the business including Marketing, HR, Design and Loss Prevention.
