- Delivering engaging Art & Design lessons across KS3–KS4 with a focus on creativity and skill-building.
- Providing classroom support for students with SEN, including differentiated instruction, emotional regulation support, and close collaboration with pastoral and SEND teams.
- Using adaptive strategies and scaffolding to ensure accessible learning for students with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and SEMH needs.
- Providing targeted support for small groups and 1:1 learners to develop confidence and independence.
- Maintaining positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing in the classroom through consistent, supportive approaches.
- Assessing work and delivering constructive feedback to support progress and reflection.
