-Support key account clients (Sky Group) and team members with key program management tasks including implementation of tactics to support strategies aimed at meeting client’s objectives and goals.
- Recruit new affiliates across the portfolio and project manage affiliate migrations in collaboration with clients and publisher team.
- Build a working relationship with top affiliates on network.
- Produce all necessary account management documentation and deliver regular reports on assigned programs.
- Assist with the distribution of program news and seasonal offers leveraging system tools and channels.
- Monitor daily affiliate performance to ensure network compliance.
Provide support to the Marks and Spencer affiliate team members and the assigned clients with day-to-day duties, such as:
-Daily Account checks
-Data feed and commission administration
-Weekly reporting
-Affiliate recruitment
-Publisher site audits
-Programme Analysis
-Creative management
-Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks
-Assist clients with support for ad hoc tasks and queries
-Attend industry events and network with clients
• Time efficient stock management (deliveries, transfers, etc.)
• Conduct a weekly analysis and a daily report of the team's productivity.
• Understand stock movements and report issues to the stock control Manager.
Visual Merchandising :
• Plan & manage commercial VM changes in collaboration with the VM team to respect the company guidelines.
• Ensure the overall visual expectations.
