In this role I assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service. Working on the customer service desk and as a cashier I have the responsibility of ensuring customers have had a positive shopping experience and resolve any complaints. Collaboration with all areas of the store enhances overall customer experience.
Working in a fast paced environment, this job experience allowed me to develop on my communication skills, teamworking and organisation. My role involved waiting on the public, attending to customers needs and setting up for events. I was promoted to a team leader role in my area. I took on the responsibility of training new staff and giving directions to ensure quality service.
