Over the last 15 months I've been progressing as a front of house member at a restaurant focused pub. During this time my dedication has been demonstrated through hours I've completed, along with my flexibility being exemplified when I've completed stand in shifts at other pubs within the same franchise. In addition, I'm currently a team leader on my way to becoming a supervisor with more responsibility and input towards our functions and ever progressing services. My current role involves my management of training new staff and the allocation of staff in regards to their individual skillsets along with me contributing towards our promotional content.

Hobbies
Aside from education and working, I enjoy staying active competitively and recreationally. I've been playing football for most of my life, captaining my Sixth form team and still participating on a weekly basis, practicing my communication, team bonding and decision making skills. In addition, I'm also a keen skuba diver having completed my PADI open water certifaction at 16 years old. This recreational sport demands me to remain calm under pressurised situations and to assess situations critically before expelling time or energy on any actions.
