Whether it's selling products or training people to have the ability to sell themselves in the performing arts industry, I strive to make sure that event client/customer leaves feeling like they had the best experience they could've possibly had. I've learnt that a strong customer relationship comes from the vendor, not the product. A long side this, I'm also passionate about brand representation. With half of my time being spent building my own companies, I've recognised that building the image of my brand is just as important as what is being sold - hence why I put a lot of effort into customer engagement and relations.
