My daily tasks included processing and allocating incoming cash from the cleaning and catering industries using systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, and Excel to manage this, on top of this we would also report cash on a daily to our treasury team. We have implemented new systems such as an auto generated bank reconciliation which we use on a daily basis to sort and post our cash using rule sets. I have recently taken control of the rules ensuring cash is posted to the right ledgers and accounts to ensure efficient cash management.

• My role would be to restock the shelves and move about products accordingly on the request of my manager.
• My main task was to unload the cages full of different products from the lorries onto the shop floor to be organised and reshelved by myself and my colleagues.

• I would be working on the shop floor specifically in the footwear section, this would require me to interact with customers and help them with any type of footwear queries they have.
• Also, this role required me to quickly and efficiently source out shoes for customers to try and for them to potentially purchase
• When the shop floor becomes quiet my responsibility would be to replace missing shoes on the shelves and making sure the shoes are in the right places
• I also was the floor manager during the weekends. This was typically the busiest period of the week and this required me to manage a team of 5 and organize what people's duties were for the day. As well as being responsible for the smooth running of the shop floor till close and restocking the shelves at the end of the day.

• In this role I would be teaching and coaching children from the ages of 4 - 12 about sports and other activities that they may have never experienced before
• I would be running multiple sessions throughout the day and at periods in the evening teaching the children different sports each time
• I have also obtained health and safety, food hygiene and swimming safety certificates throughout my time working there

• Aside from taking orders and processing payments, You'll often be responsible for making sure the front of thee house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone
