In addition to my previous roles;

• Now permanently assigned to the after sales team in Bradman Lake
• Attend breakdowns at customer sites when their Engineering team have not been able to resolve issues. I would be challenged in my knowledge of core engineering principles to resolve these via fault finding.
• Regularly assess a machines health and record on a service assessments sheet and give a full report into where I think the machine needs time and money spent.
• Time spent advising customers on what and where they can make improvements of complete lines to improve the output of production lines and not just in relation to the Bradman Lake machines given the vast Experience I have of Food and Packaging Processing Plants.
• The person responsible of understanding and completing Risk Assessments and Work Permits When a group of engineers visit sites.
• Create documents to send out to customers to support with the use of our machines and training programmes etc
• Training of other personnel on the Bradman Lake shop floor in setting of machinery or building machine assemblies.

In addition to my previous role;

• Assigned a machine from the shop floor to complete and set the assemblies.
• I would be sent with the machine to install into the end factory on sites Worldwide and UK based.
• Communicate and carry out Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance tests when fully installed.
• Support the customer with the Line when starting to produce and Improve the efficiency of the Line.
• Administered technical training sessions to improve engineering and operator skills customer end.

Over this time I played a critical role in several successful project completions leading to being asked to take my next role.

• Building and setting of Top load Erector Machines, Top load Closers, End load Carton Machines and Robot Pick and Placement Machines.
• Working from engineering drawings, pneumatic drawings and developing these with modification sheets
• Use of CAD to view components and explode, measure assemblies to produce accurate representation on the machine.
• Working with Swagelok fittings and pipe bending
• On-site installation and maintenance of machines, both UK and Worldwide. From simple repairs to complete machine overhauls.
• Training of operators and engineers within the food processing industry, across the UK.
• Working alone and alongside other engineers in various factories, cooperating with customers and clients of Bradman Lake.
• Extensive experience with Hot Melt Glue and Cool Melt Glue fill systems. Carried out services alongside Nordson and Robatech to improve efficiency etc. I also offer contacts from these companies to approach when required.
• Worked on lines with Conveyors (such as Arnotts, Flexlink and Flexcon), Coders (such as InkJet), X-ray machines and Check weighers (such as Metler Toledo). I have worked closely with various companies to achieve complete lines. I also offer contacts in these areas to approach if required.
• I have experience in milling and turning to produce parts and adapt parts if required.
