Here I have demonstrated great customer service, for example I always succeed in keeping customers happy and cheerful with my charisma and confidence. On several occasions, I have been trusted to train new co-workers with the basics of how we operate at eastleigh. I have many responsibilities, for example I have recently been placed on the away bar to cater alcohol to hundreds of away fans on matchdays independently. Working at eastleigh I have gained many positive relationships with managers and co-workers which have contributed to my success working with eastleigh.

- Mcdonalds has been my most recent test and big career change. Here I learnt the difference in workplaces and the high pressure environment of a kitchen. I quickly adapted to the noise and stress and during my short time picked up lots of new skills in catering and kitchen hygiene. My time came to an end with Mcdonalds due to a change in management which I was not comfortable working under. Despite my experience with Mcdonalds, I would be eager to work in a similar environment again

- My time at Utilita Bowl was my first experience of work. Here I learnt my initial skills in hospitality and also social skills in how to interact with customers. My biggest achievement here was co-leading a small team during a busy christmas shift at the age of 16. My experience with utilita bowl was overall positive, and I have retained friendships made from there. My biggest takeaway from this job was the mistakes in my confidence which ultimately lead to me leaving Utilita. From this lesson, I have learnt to speak up and be confident to ensure I stay competitive on a zero hour contract.
