Admin Assistant/Reception:
- Greeting visitors and scheduling appointments
- Answering/directing phone calls, taking messages and handling inquiries
- Liaising with local authorities and hospitals
- Filing
- Keeping records of staff, resident and visitor's COVID-19 tests (during the pandemic)
- Scrutinising large amounts of documentation when gathering evidence for complaints procedures
- Employee right to work compliance
- Maintaining employee files
- Digitising company files
- Keeping an accurate record of resident admissions, discharges and other relevant information
- Maintaining and prioritising confidentiality
- Contacting designated individuals during emergency situations
Well-being Coordinator:
- Planning and implementing recreational activities that enhance the quality of life for residents including encouraging resident participation
- Collaborating with nurses and care assistants to ensure activities are integrated into residents care plans
- Documenting resident participation and engagement
- Effective communication with residents (including those with dementia and other cognitive impairments) as well as keeping their families updated and reassured in regards to their relative's well-being
