• Support to commercial leads with estimating and pricing for negotiated and competitively tendered projects.

Managed a number of smaller Subcontractor packages including decorating, landscaping and carpentry. Independently completed Client Valuations and agreed Client Instructions.

Exning Road, Newmarket - £15m 69nr Apartments + Ancillary Rooms Extra Care Facility. 3-Storey mix of Traditional Build & Steel Frame. JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract. Involved in procurement of larger Subcontractor packages and managed the Client account throughout the project. Involved in EOT / Loss & Expense Claims with the Client which were successful.

Linmere, Houghton Regis – £23m Mix of 100nr houses & apartments. JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract. 3 Storey Apartments, mix of Traditional Build & Steel Frame. Linmere comprised of terraced houses and 3-storey apartment buildings. Here, I procured a number of packages including M&E, Carpentry & Drylining. I have solely run this project dealing with Client Variations, Valuations and Cash Flow Forecasts whilst managing Subcontractors packages, payments and variations. Ongoing Final Account discussions with the Client. Understand groundworks re-measures and agreements.
