In my role at Robinswood Spa Hotel, I am responsible for a diverse range of duties that span fitness instruction, team supervision, and administrative tasks. As a fitness instructor, I lead a variety of classes including spin, stretch and mobility, strength and conditioning, and circuit training. I also carry out gym inductions, conduct fitness assessments, and create tailored fitness plans to help members achieve their health goals. Additionally, I oversee the gym's cleanliness and safety, performing regular equipment checks to maintain a high standard of operations.

In my supervisory capacity, I manage staff schedules and cleaning rotas, ensure staff training is up to date, and organize events within the leisure department. I am also responsible for ordering stock for the department, which includes cleaning supplies, refreshments, and spa essentials such as towels and robes for guests. My administrative duties include responding to customer emails, managing memberships through our app and online, managing the companies social media to bring in new leads and finally coordinating spa bookings. I am frequently the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, which range from membership pricing to spa treatment bookings. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, I use these tools to track monthly sales and manage bookings efficiently. This role demands a high level of multitasking and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment, and I consistently deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth departmental operations.
